because not every body is the same. for example, your hearth can be 2 milimeters to the left, and mine could be 2 milimeters to right. so its called practice coz they figuratively do practice on you. also, during the surgery, there is a chance that something will go wrong, so they need lots and lots of experience to keep you alive and to do things right

mhmm, like edgars said its at the start/end of worktimes and its called rush hour because people tend to leave home in the morning at the latest point to get an extra few mins sleep ect, and obviously at the end of the work day you just wonna get home soon as possible. but everyone doing the same and the work hours are mostly the same causes the bs traffic!!
