well applying basic math skills 2×0=0 but thats not how cold works so id say infinity cold

Well that depends on if you mean celcius fahrenheit or kelvin but let's asume you pick celcius I will keep kelvin out of the picture that leaves 32 degrees fahrenheit, then 16 degrees fahrenheit is about -9 degrees celcius.

Or it would just be 0 degrees again.

Short anwser:

-136.575°C or -213.835°F

Long answer:

It's a trick question because the Fahrenheit temperature scale is relative, and zero is a nebulous measurement based on what Daniel Fahrenheit decided was "as cold as it ever got in Denmark".  (And believe it or not, he's still right. The all time record low in Copenhagen is remains 0 degrees F). To truly know what is twice as cold, you have to use the Kelvin scale.

Temperature is actually a measurement of average molecule movement. The faster the molecules move, the more energy is involved which gives the sensation of heat. At absolute zero, there is no molecule movement.

Absolute zero is, as it happens, equivalent to -273.15 C, so converting between K and C is a simple matter of addition or subtraction:

C = K – 273.15
K = C + 273.15

So 0 degrees Celsius is 273.15 Kelvin. Using standard notation for each scale we can re-state this sentence thus:

0°C = 273.15K

So, to find out what temperature (in degrees Celsius) would be ‘twice as cold’ (ie half the temperature) of 0°C we simply convert the value to Kelvin:

0 + 273.15 = 273.15K

Divided this value by 2:

273.15/2 = 136.575 K

and converted it back to degrees Celsius:

136.575 – 273.15 = -136.575°C

Working in the other direction, twice as hot as 0°C is easy to calculate. It’s 273.15°C. Which is rather hotter than any human can handle.

That's an incomplete answer dice, those are only the answers when you start off with celcius.
