My step son playes minecraft...and each time he is playing it in ps4, im in pain and thinking - why the hell?! WHY?!..
THO I started to play UFO in steam..awsome game, but awful graphics.. rofl

it has much more depth than it seems at first glance. True there isn't any quest written out, what you should do or any real end game but theres a lot to see and explore. Doing the achievements is kinda the quest line but not really.... Why bother with grindy quests when you can get lost for a couple of hours in a cave and telling the old lie "just let me see whats behind this corner" and then a couple of hours later your either full of loot/material and it doesnt make sense to continue exploring or you die either way it was fun and you want to do it again I enjoy building farms the most like xp, food farms, etc but it's so easy to get distracted like let me just grab this one thing from my base and most of the time half an hour passes and your doing this totally unrelated thing....
But you have to get past the blocky aesthetic first what got me into it was watching it on youtube and wanting to build something my self.
