Quake live ift is pretty popular now, more so then ever.
Still, it's nothing compared to q3a. Doesn't have a real spawn system among other things, but at least there's cups. Nations cup is starting soon.

They're fixing the spawn system, adding new maps (mostly q3 maps) in preparation for the nations cup which has 16 teams in it.
