Cup Rules Finalized
Here are the rules finalized. Please read them carefully and make sure you comply with them. Thx Sico and Nemi for their effort to put all these forward together. Good Job Guyz!!! I am posting these as they are not online now.
1. Maps
1.1 Make sure you have downloaded the map pack!
So everyone is able to play all the maps. In this way it is more likely you don't always play the same maps.

2.1 You may NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES substitute a non-allowed player for play in any Cup match!
2.1.1 Players must have a ReLoaDeD memorial page set in order to be eligible to play, and must use the name/nick with which they registered for the cup and prepared their memorials in the Topic of ReLoaDeD MeMorial page.
2.2 Cheating will not be tolerated. If a player is caught cheating , that player will get a permanent ban! Resistance is Futile!
2.3 Playing under the name of another player is strictly forbidden, permanent ban will be issued to the player, canceled to play any further on RLDD's activities. Match will be Forfetied.
2.4 Challenging the decision of a referee or an administrator can be expressed publicly on the Cup's forum but not in-game. Referee has the right not to allow the player to play a cup match if suspects that the player is not actually the player registered to the cup. In case of such an event, if the team affected by the decision of the referee doesn't have enough eligible players to play the match, they can use wildcard.
2.5 Insult/hate speech/racism or annoying behavior against any players in the cup are strictly forbidden and it will not be tolerated whether in-game or on ReLoaDed's forums & shout boxes and may result in a ban from all RLDD activities if escalated to RLDD management with a dispute Topic under community disputes and RLDD reserves right to ban the player from all its activites permanently or for a certain amount of time. If happened before or during the match, the Referee assigned by RLDD will be in charge and able to disallow the player to play the match and ask for a replacement from the team captain.
2.6 Scheduling will be up to the clan leaders/representatives of both clans/teams. They both need to agree on the date. If the clans/teams fail to decide on a date by the Friday of the match week at 23:59 CEST RLDD will schedule the match. If one of the teams don't reply the offer of their opponent by Friday of the match week at 23:59 CEST, the date and time offered by the team whose offer was not replied will be assigned as the official match date and time.
2.7 Adding players.
*Adding an additional player to the lineup will be allowed during the cup, maximum two players per team during the cup period.A player added to a team's line up will be eligible to play 24 hours after his/her memorial is approved.
*Player may join other clan during Cup, Canceled to play 7 days after adding.
*Playing for more then one clan is Forbidden, and will be dealt as a higher violation.
2.8 Yellow and Red cards.
Meanings.
Yellow Card: Lower Violation = Warning, Suspension.
Red Card: Higher Violation = Suspension, Permanent Ban.
3 yellow Cards in total equal to a ReD Card.

2.9 Wildcards
Each clan is given 2 wildcards which can be used to cancel and reschedule a planned group match, for whatever reason. Clans are strongly advised to cherish their wildcard until they really need it because of bad luck (e.g. connection problems). Using the wildcard lightly and then losing a later match because of real problems would be a painful way to be eliminated from the cup. 1 in group stage, other in Playoffs.
*A wildcard used against a clan that later quits the cup is not restored.
*Clans that try to use their wildcard a Third time lose by forfeit. It is not the cup admins responsibility to check whether a clan already used its wildcard.
When a wildcard is used, the clans have to reschedule the match immediately to one of the days into the same or the following matchweek of the original match date, and inform the supervisor. If no agreement is communicated to the Supervisor within 48hrs of the original match time, he may force the match to be played as he sees fit.
2.9.1 Group Rankings
Group rankings are worked out by the following rules, in order of importance:-
*Number of Wins. A win will add 2 points to the Winning teams' point. The team lost wont get points.
*In case of a situation where 2 teams exist with the same points after the last match of the group stage, the match between these 2 teams will be taken as a base and the one which won that match will be qualified to go to the finals.
*A forfeit loss corresponds to a loss of all maps. No map scores will be entered.
*A no-show is regarded as a forfeit loss.
*A clan that forfeits a group match for the second time will be removed from the Cup.
*If a clan leaves the cup after having qualified for the playoffs, it can be replaced by the clan ranked below it in its group.
3. Time Zones

General Match Rules
All games must be played with point release 1.16n and NoGhost modification version 1.16.
*Outcome of the score is in maps. Draws are not allowed. Team captain picks a map in the pool and tell the Referee, Referee decides what map to be played first.
*A Referee must be assigned in order for a match to be played. Matches played without a referee will not be accepted as valid.
*A team that is not present 10 minutes after match starting time is counted as a no-show.
If there is a draw game after 2 maps played (1-1), a third map must be played. In this case, the number of rounds won by the teams in total in 2 maps will be collected and the clan with more rounds will start "Elimination of maps" first. This rule will be valid for all situations where the referee should choose who to start first. The team with more rounds won will always be the one with more advantage.
Eg. The map scores are 25-14 and 12-25, so in total Team round scores are 37-39. The clan with more rounds won (39) will start "Elimination of maps" first.
* In case of a match played on 2 different timezones(Euro vs US), the third map will be played one time with scorelimit of 15 on each server unless both teams agree the third map to be played on just one server in which the regular rules will apply. After these 2 maps played with scorelimit of 15, if there is still a draw game in map scores, the total rounds the teams got out of these 4 maps and the team with more rounds will win the match.
*Spectators are allowed, but every player has the right to demand play without spectators. Such a demand needs to be declared before the match starts. The opposing player is required to obey it. exeption ReLoaDeD referees and staff.
*All games must be played with server build 894 and client build 144, or newer. It is required to have the client installed on the server as well.
*Only 3vs3 matches are allowed in the ReLoaDeD 3vs3 Cup. All matches that are played with a different teamsize will be cancelled.
3. Client Settings
3.1 The following client settings are required during the match:

4. Server Settings
4.1 The server executable or binary must be changed in order to get antibot working properly. Download either version 1.15c for Windows, or version 1.11 for Linux and replace it with your current server executable or binary.

5. Demos and Screenshots
5.1 All players must record demos from the whole match and take a ScreenShot of the end screen after each map and put demos and screenshot files into a rar file upload them to

*All players should post their demos&screenshots to the match topic within 48h after the match time or a yellow card will be handled to the team and the match will be regarded as forfeit loss for that player's team. If a player fails to upload demos for 3 times. The player will be removed from the cup.
*You always have to send in the results and demos/screenshots to the Forum match Page even if a Referee enters the score for you!
6. Cheating and Abuse
6.1 Any cheating or excessive abusive behaviour during a match will result in a forfeit loss.
*If both clans cheated and/or a player were suspended from playing during the match, both clans get a forfeit loss.
*Matches may be edited to a cancellation, no-show, forfeit loss or a win for the opponent - depending on the decision made by ReLoaDeD according to the severity of the problem. A forfeit loss is the standard punishment for all violations.
*Suspensions are used to punish abuse of the ReLoaDeD Cup system and range from short-term to long-term/permanent suspensions, from one cup/ladder only to all cups/ladders. Suspensions are added by the cup/ladder chiefs and assistants.
*Players that are suspended from Forum / Cup may not create a new account to circumnavigate the suspension.
*Clans or accounts may be removed without a warning.
*It is strictly forbidden to use accounts of other users, even if the users are in your clan. Such cases will always be considered abuse and subject to temporary bans.
*It is not allowed to take advantage of or abuse bugs. Any kind of bug abuse is considered cheating and will lead to a forfeit loss, unless otherwise mentioned specifically in the game-related rules.
*All programs or files, either changed game files or new files, that change the game or add to its functionality, or which interact with the game in any way, are strictly forbidden unless other rules specify otherwise. Modified versions of the game's resource files are always forbidden, regardless of what they do. The use of any forbidden program or file by any player member during a match, leads to a forfeit loss.
*The use of scripted action bound to a key or button that influences players movement is forbidden. Breaking this rule will lead to a forfeit loss.
*Programs that do not interact with the game in any way are allowed, even if they can be used and operated simultaneously with the game. Voice communication programs are examples of such programs.
*Players abusing the cup/ladder system in any way in order to gain an advantage or just to be a nuisance will be deleted or suspended from cup(s)/ladder(s). Further punishment may include deletion of the accounts of the person responsible for the abuse, in extreme circumstances. Abusing any clear loopholes in the rules is forbidden, Chiefs of Cups/Ladders can punish clans/players for abuse not described in these rules.
7. Before the Match
At least 1 representative from each team meet on IRC channel (#rcup or #rcup2) which will be decided by the referee and posted to the match topic before the match:
*Deadline time = 30 minutes before starting time.
*Time to be on server = 10 minutes before starting time.
*Starting time = the scheduled starting time of the match.
*The referee and 1 (or more) representative(s) from each clan, registered members of the Clan on ReLoaDeD gather on the match channel (Quakenet IRC) that is named on the Match Page. No other channel name may be used. Channel logs will be used to keep track of the channel discussion.
At least 1 representative from each team/clan must be present in the match channel 30 minutes before the start and using a nickname and tag that clearly matches the nickname and tag registered on ReLoaDeD. Once they have shown their presence, they are free to reboot (but must return to the match channel within 5 minutes). Failure to have a representative in the cup channel 10 minutes before the start will result in a Yellow card for the offending clan. Faking a representative's presence by having someone else pose as him will result in a Red card.
If a team fails to be represented by at least 1 player on irc 30 minutes earlier than the actual match time. The team with representative ready at that time will hold rights to choose the server and map first. The team with no representative in the irc channel 30 minutes earlier than cup match will not be able to choose the server.

8. Rulers Edition
These rules are subject to change at any time. Changes made after the start of the season will always be reported on the cup page. All clans/teams and their members are expected to know all the rules; not knowing them is no valid excuse for not following them.
*Any issue that affects a Cup Admin's own clan may not be handled by that Admin. It must be handled by the other supervisor or by a ReLoaDeD Crew member. For problems that the supervisors can't solve, or for complaints about the admins, competitors can mailed directly to ReLoaDeD Founder, TURK using this link. Mails containing abusive language, a case in which the rules have been correctly applied or any issue that has not been discussed with an admin first will all be ignored.
