This really depends on which country and where you live.

Usually in cities mailmen are assigned to different streets or several streets (depends on how big the population is on the street). So if the mailman is lucky enough to get his own street, then yes.

If we're talking bout a small village then there's only 1 mailman, so yes again

This is a good question, as i had to look into it, cuz i didn't know the difference. Assassination is also a murder, but it's targeted to a person, also this targeted person needs to be someone famous, but it's not necessary. So basically if X surprisingly kills some noob on the streets, it's murder. But if X gives a headshot to the same noob from the top of a block then it's assassination.

i was in tv few times, so if somebody kills me it would be a assassination?
